We typically have in stock the most popular items – Westcot FNC, APC, BRC, GUC – along with linens, our standard racks and other cots. Small orders, less than 100, would normally ship within a week. Large orders, which we would normally be working on together, average less than 4 weeks. During hurricane season, lead times can extend out. Help us help you in planning by contacting us as soon as possible in developing your program so we can offer you the best lead time available.

There are 3 basic racks that we stock to accommodate the Westcot FNC, APC and GUC products.

• The Westcart WCR 10 holds 10 of the FNC and 15 of the GUC cots. There are 5 shelves thus the configuration is 2 FNC beds/shelf or 3 GUC beds/shelf. See the Product flyer for more specs.
• The Westcart WCR T is the shorter sister to the WCR 10. It is designed for the Trailers - thus the 68" height vs. the WCR 10's 80" height – to allow you to roll the rack up the typical trailer ramp and enter through the shorter opening then you'll find with most doors. The T holds 8 of the FNC and 12 of the GUC cots on its 4 shelves. If you have the head room, you can always stack and secure beds on top.
• The Westcart WCR 8 holds 8 of the APC beds. It has the same footprint as the WCR 10 but one less shelf to accommodate the APCs thicker folded dimension. See the Product flyer for more specs.
• The Westcart WCR BB6 and BB12 are used to rack the Westcot BRC – Bariatric Cot. These are NOT stocked. They hold either 6 or 12 of Westcot BRC.

The Bed Safety Rails are not a retrofit item at this time – they must be ordered with the beds as there are critical tolerances that must be maintained in order for them to work properly. This is not possible to do as a field installation.

Our stock linens are disposable and are made to fit our Westcots, General Use Cots and Bariatric cots. The standard pack is 1 Fitted Sheet, 1 Flat Sheet, 1 Pillow, 1 Pillow Case and 1 Blanket. The colors vary from time to time as the raw goods, except for the pillow, must all come from overseas. We also stock bulk packs of all the items. See the product flyer for details. Our products fit our mattresses but we can customize to some extent with a volume qualifier. If you need something special, let us know as we can sew in-house.
